What do the products work with?

Our outdoor products operate with 12 kg kitchen gas cylinders, while our indoor products operate with bio ethanol fuel.

How many square meters of area do outdoor heaters heat?

Depending on the environment it is in, it heats a maximum of 10-15 m2 of space. In fully open spaces, it heats an area of ​​3-4 m2.

How much does fuel last?

Our outdoor heaters have a tube life of 35-40 hours if operated continuously at the highest temperature, and 7-8 days for customer-oriented use (if operated 5 hours a day).

How long does it take for the product to be delivered?

Same day shipping is available for payments made before noon, provided the product is in stock.

Are you a manufacturer?

Yes. It is 100% domestic and our own production.

Do you export?

Shipping is made abroad.

Is there a security certificate available?

All our products have CE safety certificate.

Does it require assembly?

It is shipped ready-assembled. No assembly is required.

Who pays for shipping?

What are the return conditions?

The return is made on the condition that the product is not operated. Otherwise, the return will not be approved.

Is there a warranty?

There is a 1-year spare parts warranty. Glasses are not covered by the warranty.

How often should we service heaters?

We recommend that you send it to the technical service for maintenance once every 2 years.

What is included in the package?

All parts shown in the picture are shipped with outdoor heaters (Regulator, Hose, Lava Stone).

What is the lifespan of lava stone?

Since it is a natural stone, it is long-lasting.

Can it be connected to natural gas?

It is not compatible with natural gas.
